Brembana kratos is the next generation of numerically controlled 5 axes Bridge Saws. It has a robust and essential open frame construction that is designed to fit easily, as in workshops as in automated production lines. It is built for durability and productivity, without sacrificing precision in any job, be it slicing blocks of hard stones up to 250 mm in thickness, making kitchen countertops out of slabs of thin ceramic, or anything in between. The vacuum manipulator has wide span and large suction surface divided into multiple zones, to let you lift safely from jumbo slabs to narrow backsplashes, up to 500kg capacity.
Kratos can have 3 tools always available without operator’s intervention:
- Blades from 300mm up to 725mm in diameter
- Drill bits (½G RIGHT connection) or polishing tools suitable for up to 6000rpm
- Routers or bits (½G RIGHT connection) requiring up to 14.000rpm
It has the most updated version of on-board software to make operators feel at ease and in control of the machine. And last but not least, it is strong, rational and confident: all the marks of great CMS Stone Technology machines.
