When floor space is tight, or your glass already moves through the factory upright, a vertical washer keeps the line compact. The Techwin Vertical Glass Washing Machine sits on a heavy base built for heavy-duty work and can be configured to match your line, including glass direction, loading and unloading length and brush configuration. Techwin is a specialist manufacturer of glass washing machines, and the range is supplied and supported locally by Innovync.
KEY FEATURES
- Three Standard Sizes: the open top TWLQX-1600 and TWLQX-2000, and the closed top TWLQX-2500.
- Vertical Glass Processing: suits production lines where floor space is limited or vertical glass handling is preferred.
- Left-to-Right or Right-to-Left: glass conveying direction is set to suit your production line layout.
- Low-E Glass Compatible: a dedicated soft brush, separated from the hard brushes to keep dirty water away, gives gentle, effective cleaning of Low-E coated glass.
- Adjustable Washing Speed: processing speed adjusts from 1 to 9 m/min to suit the glass type and production requirements.
- Easy Maintenance: the washing and drying section opens as a unit for daily cleaning, and the nozzles and stainless steel spray pipes lift out for cleaning.
- Quiet Drying: two pairs of slanted air knives, with noise reduction material lining the drying cabinet.
- Safe Glass Handling: a sensor at the exit stops glass from falling, with emergency stops on both sides and LED lights for inspecting glass at unloading.
- Heavy Base: built for heavy-duty work.
