The TWQX-2500G-3 is built for architectural glass lines that need consistent cleaning at production speed. Glass passes through a pre-wash, six cylindrical brushes arranged as three upper and three lower, and three pairs of air knives before reaching an LED-lit unloading zone for inspection. It runs as a standalone machine or, with the optional PLC and touch screen, synchronises speed and thickness with the other machines in your line. Techwin is a specialist manufacturer of glass washing machines, and the TWQX-2500G-3 is supplied and supported locally by Innovync.
KEY FEATURES
- Three-Stage Brush Washing: six cylindrical brushes, three upper and three lower, each continually sprayed with water.
- Independent Water Circulation: each brush pair has its own stainless steel tank, pump, filters and heating system, with separation between stages to stop contaminated water crossing over.
- Low-E Glass Compatible: a soft brush with 0.08 mm bristles is available for Low-E glass.
- Low-Noise Drying: three pairs of straight and angled air knives with a high-pressure blower dry the glass surface and edges, with air heating fitted.
- Lift-Up Washing and Drying Section: lifts 350 mm for easy maintenance.
- Easy Daily Maintenance: water tanks sit outside the machine on wheels, with removable filters, quick-release nozzles and transparent top covers for inspection.
- Stainless Steel Wet Parts: covers, tanks, filters, spraying pipes, brush and roller shaft ends, pans and protection parts in the washing zone are stainless steel.
- Energy-Saving Options: inverter-controlled transmission, with a blower inverter available as an option.
- Line Integration: optional PLC and touch screen synchronise speed and thickness adjustment with other machines in the production line.
