Building on their years of knowledge and experience, Mistrello has been able to come up with Fully Automatic Slab Storage Warehouse Systems. By combining their revolutionary Compact Storage Systems with an Automatic 5 or 6 Axis Gantry Crane, the loading and unloading of the complete system is done Automatically.
The Predator Gantry Crane is able to pick up slabs from an A-frame or Crate, identify the correct position of the slab and store it in its location in the racking system. Thanks to its StorePro software, the system is always aware of what stock is where and how much there is. The software can be integrated with 3rd party systems to allow Automatic Loading of other equipment such as Slab Scanners, Cutting Lines or more.
These systems are complete custom-designed, as no factory is the same. Both Slab Whole-salers as well as larger Stone Production Companies can benefit from these systems, transforming a normally very manual process into an Automated Warehouse Solution. Systems with capacity of 100s and 1,000s of slabs are all possible!
